So, you do “strategy.” What does that mean?

When I was first a strategy consultant, we used the word “tactical” in the pejorative.  As in, “let’s not get bogged down in tactical” or “I’m sorry, but I have to get tactical.”  You didn’t want to be accused of doing something “tactical.”  Strategy, now that was where it was at.  And the purer the strategy, the better.
